Mark has spent over twenty years dedicating himself to soccer and education. During his time as a full time teacher, Mark served as an Associate Instructor to the University of NH in order to play a part in the training of new teachers. As the Director of Coaching for the NH Soccer Association he has been responsible for training and certifying countless numbers of coaches in our state and beyond.

Former Director of Coach and Player Education - NH Soccer Association - (11 + yrs.)
• Implement Coach and Player Clinics, Courses and Presentations.
• Develop supplemental coaching materials (Articles, Manuals, Web Site that includes a Video Skills Podcast).
• Manage and educate a small staff of Course Instructors.
• Coordinate Clinics for events like the Youth Soccer Month Festival and Coaching Symposiums.
• Help develop and implement curriculum for NHSA and USSF Courses.
• Act as a Technical Expert for the NHSA Board and entire NH Soccer Community / Membership.
• Membership includes players and coaches of all ages (preschool to adult) at the Rec., Comp. and Elite levels.

Olympic Development Program
• Served as Region 1 U13 Girls Head Coach - (Region 1 is Northeastern part of the Country)
• Currently a Senior Staff Member
• Responsibilities include selecting and managing a technical staff.
• Evaluating coaching candidates for selection into the program.
• Create learning experiences for players by providing a variety of training events.
• All events include a curriculum, training sessions, assessment and evaluation of players.
• Players are given written and oral feedback to help them contribute to continuing development.
• Served as Head Coach for NH ODP.

Physical Education Instructor - (11+ yrs.)
• Created a quality physical education program for six hundred students.
• Developed / implemented a Standards Based Curriculum focused on improving Physical, Cognitive and Psychosocial skills.
• Conducted special events such as Field Days and Jump Rope for Heart.
• Utilized various forms of instruction and assessment.
• Used different types of technology for administration, communication and assessment.
• Collaborated with school staff to understand needs of individual students and share strategies to maximize learning.
• All special needs students were mainstreamed into the physical education environment.

Mark is a husband and father of two. He lives with his wife Tracey, son Chris and daughter Courtney in the small town of Candia, NH.
